We had a wonderful stay at Un Lieu Unique Le Lodge Et Le Dolce. the location was perfect with stunning views of the canal from our balcony. the decor was quirky and charming, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We loved the big free, standing bath and the attention to detail, like the candles in the room and on the balcony. the high, quality bedlinen and towels added a touch of luxury. the apartment had excellent WIFI and all the necessary amenities, including a well, equipped kitchen. the unique and open, plan design of the apartment made it feel spacious and special. it was a fantastic experience that we would highly recommend to anyone. Cons: Everything was great! .

It had a great setting next to the most beautiful canal in Europe, the centre of Annecy and the center of town along the canal. In fact, it was located to the more modern shopping areas. The personnel was affable.

The setting here is amazing and the rooms are beautifully decorated.

The apartments at "Un Lieu Unique" were absolutely fantastic! The living room was super cozy and had a satellite TV, perfect for chilling out after a long day of exploring Annecy. And the fully-equipped kitchenette was a game-changer for me, as I love cooking my own meals. Plus, having a private balcony that overlooked the beautiful Thiou Canal in the Dolce Apartment was like a dream come true!

I personally wasn't a big fan of the microwave in the kitchenette. It just didn't match my cooking style, but hey, that's just me!

The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic, with stunning views overlooking a charming canal. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to enjoy the beauty of the city. the ease of finding the hotel and its proximity to the train station were definite perks. Lastly, the apartment itself had all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable.

The entryway to the building was a bit dark and unwelcoming, which initially gave us a less-than-ideal impression. we found the communication with the owner to be a bit lacking as it took several attempts to get the necessary information before our arrival.

Our room was really nicely decorated and cool, with a great view. Plus, it had a dope mezzanine bedroom and - a bonus - a bathtub! 🛁

Staying at "Un Lieu Unique" Le Lodge was an adventure! Finding the entrance was like solving a code, but it made the experience even more exciting. Once inside, the room was cozy, modern, and exactly as advertised. The amenities provided, like the Nespresso machine and flat screen TV, added an extra touch of comfort. The bathroom with its wooden bathtub and strong hot shower was a bliss after a long day in the rain. I had a great stay and would recommend this unique place.

Fantastic central location with private balcony. Decor feels posh, with fan on-site and ample storage. Great views of the canal. Quirky decor, comfortable bed, and big free-standing bath. Excellent WIFI and attention to details. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, lake, and galleries. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching people and activity. Clear directions from management.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming apartment on the canal. The entry was a bit dark, but once inside, the balcony overlooking the canal was absolutely lovely. The spacious room had a huge bath and a small kitchenette, perfect for a romantic getaway. The city center was nearby, and the view of the river was beautiful. Despite a few drawbacks like the entrance being dark and the strange layout of the apartment, I would still highly recommend this place. I had a fantastic experience at Un Lieu Unique.

Gorgeous little stay in the center, pure and white design, mezzanine bed for the 5-year-old, small equipped kitchen, fine wine and local delicacies. Beware of noisy delivery vans and late-night revelries, but comfy bed. Recommend!

Geez, what a premium price for a construction zone with broken Wi-Fi, obstructed view, sketchy front door, wobbly kitchen tap. Lovely.
